I started canoeing
about a year ago, my Dad got a couple of old boats to see if I liked canoeing
and I did. We then decided that we needed a better boat. The Wild One
caught our eye because it was an all-round boat which is what we wanted.
It beat any other competition because of its price and performance.
On the river it is fast and comfortable, in surf it is manoeuvrable, fast
and very easy to use.
I have done a course at school which taught me to roll and to be more
confident in the boat. I had not used the boat much before this summer
when we went to Cornwall.
It is so good for beginners I learnt to surf and be confident in
big waves very quickly which proves the boat is very good for beginners.
I think as I get better I will still use this boat because it is so good.
